children attend EM Griebling Elementary School, Adelphia Middle School and
the Freehold Regional High School District.
The community was built between 1985 and 1987.
There are 264 townhouses with 4 different models - two models, the
Portsmouth (1190 sq ft*) and the Portland (1198 sq ft*) are 2 bedroom, 1
or 2 bath "single level" townhouses. The other two models, the
Mystic (1504 sq ft*) and the Wilmington (1617 sq ft*) are 3 bedroom 2.5
bath 2 level townhouses. All units have a 1 car garage. Some homes have
fireplaces. The monthly maintenance fee for townhouses is +- $150.
Included in this fee is common area maintenance, garbage removal, snow
removal, pool, exterior maintenance.
